Rates & what's included

Slate & Salt is available year-round. Rates and minimum stays vary by season. Select your dates to see current pricing.

All rates include:

Summer stays (May – October) also include beach towels, chairs & umbrella, and the outdoor shower.

Winter stays (November – April) have a 3-night minimum and must be booked at least a week in advance. The outdoor shower is closed for the season.

A cleaning fee and Massachusetts state and local taxes are added at checkout.
